Mark Hunley

AR0099784

Mark originally moved to South Florida in 2005 and met Paul while running his own drafting company. There he spent time learning and drawing for many local architects.

In 2008, Mark moved to Arkansas to pursue his formal architectural education at the University of Arkansas, one of the top 20 architecture schools in the country. While there Mark learned from and was mentored by the amazing faculty and frequent guest critics. It was here that Mark discovered his love for architectural design that is structurally techtonic.

Following graduation, Mark joined one of the top 50 home builders in the country. There he focused on architectural design, plan standardization, purchasing, data analytics, estimating, and led several custom projects. These included the architecture and construction management of the new headquarters for the builder, and the role of project manager for the personal residence of the owner of the company. By the time Mark moved on, he was the sole licensed architect in the company that was building over 2,000 homes per year.

In 2018, Mark and Paul elected to make their relationship more formal. They had been in constant contact and Mark was even providing some services to Paul, but it was time to join forces. In September of 2018, Mark became an official partner in the firm and added his skillset to Paul’s already extensive expertise.

Mark is a member of NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Board) and is licensed to practice architecture in Florida.
